On her podcast with husband Harry Hamlin (aptly titled Let’s Not Talk About the Husband), she described her fellow contestants as “badasses… fierce badasses.â€

Clearly, she found herself in high-stakes territory. Even though she went in without much of a game plan. She found the friendships, the chaos and the growth worth it.

So what does she want people to take away? That stepping out of your comfort zone can be dé-libérément transformative.

“I love to do things that take me out of my comfort zone. And honey, that took me way out,†she said. For a woman who for decades has lived in the spotlight and built a brand around speaking her mind, this was another layer added to her journey.
