The episode’s centerpiece is the Secret Sanctum — an endurance-style Head of Household challenge introduced by the elusive Mastermind as part of his “Month of Mayhem.†Houseguests must stand on a platform while balancing a sword topped with the Mastermind’s mask.

The last person to drop wins the power. Ava is first to fall, followed by Ashley, leaving a tense showdown between Keanu and Vince. After nearly an hour of dueling stand-offs, Keanu finally relents, dropping the sword to grant Vince the HOH title.
