3rd time be the charm?

August 1, 2025, Mickey Lee dramatically seized power by using her HOH Interrogation Power, which allowed her to steal the Head of Household from Rylie, who had just won the title HOH in the early morning. Rylie questioned every houseguest and wrongly accused Ashley of holding the power, which led to Mickey taking over once his choice was missed. This instantly shifted the power dynamic in the house and thrust Mickey into control.

Following that, Mickey engaged in a series of intense conversations to lock down her reign.

She sat with Rylie, gently probing how he intended to vote. He confided that he felt torn; he cared about everyone, but thought the house favored keeping Will. Mickey admitted she was conflicted between wanting to save Adrian or Will, saying she didn’t want to just vote with the house for the sake of alignment. She didn’t want to be known merely as a house follower anymore.

Later, Mickey conferred with Will and Ashley, and they allied, naming themselves “Peach Cobbler,†pledging mutual support in the coming weeks. During that meeting, Mickey vented frustration that Morgan (who should have been trusted) was monopolizing access to numbers and keeping her from private game talks with players like Vince, Zach, Ashley, or Will.

Mickey also strategized with Lauren and Morgan about nominations. Morgan insisted they needed to target Zach as the renom while also arguing against putting up Ashley, suggesting that nominating her could backfire. Lauren appeared hesitant to oppose Mickey directly, caught between loyalty and preserving social ties.

Mickey Continues Holding Talks

In smaller talks with Lauren and Keanu, Keanu explained his actions, stating he knew he was going up. He wasn’t shocked; he wasn’t going to plead not to. He plans to play hard and try to win VETO, ensuring his safety for another week. Allowing him to move forward in the game.

Meanwhile, reflections continued about Adrian’s eviction earlier that day—the vote had split more strongly to save Will (8–4), sparking new fissures in the alliances. Mickey’s power move further destabilized the previous status quo and signaled her intention to play a more assertive, independent game rather than ride the tide.

By day’s end, Mickey had consolidated power not only by overruling Rylie’s initial plan but also by establishing a strategic block with Ashley and Will. All the while juggling input from Lauren, Morgan, and Keanu to shape the upcoming nominations. Her conversations revealed someone ready to leverage her newfound authority with discretion and precision. Thus setting the tone for the next pivotal week in the Big Brother house.

Kelley Has Second Thoughts

Kelly, shortly after talking to Mickey and asking to go up in Rylie’s spot, tells the camera she wishes she had thrown the Block Buster. She wishes she had gone home so Adrian could be here. He’s a better player and deserves it more. Shortly after Zach finds her and talks with her consoles her. He assists her with getting her back level-headed. The reflection on Mickey getting an HOH takeover, Keanu has a guest come play for him. And she had to earn her power. Kelly was convinced before the nomination that she was going to be on the block.

Ultimately, she put up Kelly, Rylie, and Keanu. Kelly is worn out and exhausted, and down about being in the block again. Ashley, Morgan, and Rachel comfort her and try to lift her spirits. Rylie spent time in the Hammock with Mickey, chatting and setting things straight. She tells him the others need him to start playing and chatting. Keanu went back to roaming the house, mentally preparing for veto. Can the 3rd time be the charm?
