Peacock’s reboot of Will Smith’s The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is ending. December 2024, the series was expected to end at the end of Season 4. Bel-Air is an American drama television series developed by Morgan Cooper, Malcolm Spellman, TJ Brady, and Rasheed Newson. It is a reimagined version of the sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and is based on Cooper’s short fan film of the same name.
The cast includes Jabari Banks as Will, Adrian Holmes as Phillip Banks, Cassandra Freeman as Vivian Banks, Olly Sholotan as Carlton Banks, Coco Jones as Hilary Banks, Akira Akbar as Ashley Banks, and Jimmy Akingbola as Geoffrey Jordan L. Jones as Jazz, and Simone Joy Jones as Lisa. Coco Jones, Akbar, Jordan L. Jones, and Joy Jones are recurring guest stars.

Variety states that the valid depiction of Season 4 is, “Will tries to balance the fun and excitement of senior year with the expectations that have brought him to this moment. Carlton tests his own resolve as he deals with the fallout of some very big decisions that could threaten his future. Together, both boys will help each other through this pivotal time in their lives.â€
Unexpected power shift will threaten the brotherhood between Phil and Geoffrey, whose loyalties to the Banks family will be tested. Viv struggles with reinventing herself as she looks at motherhood from a different perspective.
It’s Ashley’s freshman year in high school. Ashley is working through a rebellious phase but quickly learns that the status quo may no longer serve her. Hilary goes on a journey of self-exploration.†The final season premieres on the Peacock streaming service on November 24, 2025.
