Fire Country brings Mega=Star to Edgewater
That’s right!!! This hit drama for CBS is set to bring one of the biggest Country stars today to our television screens. Jelly Roll is making his debut acting role on April 11, 2025, an orderly Noah. Although Jelly has appeared on shows like The Voice and American Idol, he plays a character this time.
Fire Country
The hit CBS original drama is known for infusing a bit of country music into its show, with country music soundtracks on every episode. For those who don’t watch the show is set in a small town Edgewater, California. It follows a fire station and a prison fire camp through fires and personal stories.
Max Thierolt (Bode Leone) the series star and co-creator took to his social media to welcome the CMT Music Award Winner to the show. “Country Music Superstar Jelly Roll is making his acting debut on Fire Country” Max announced on a YouTube video.
“Look who’s coming to Edgewater! Can’t wait for y’all to meet Noah” was posted.
Max posts to his Instagram Stories. He adds “@jellyroll615 you inspire me, brother! Thanks for sharing your talent.” Because Jelly Roll is such a star, once that news broke fans of the show and Jelly Roll started commenting.
One fan post reads “I love this show and adding Jelly Roll makes it even better! How Awesome!” While another posted “OMG Can’t wait let’s go!” And a third stated Oh worddd! I can’t wait love Jelly Roll, now he’s on my favorite show.”
Because CBS is keeping how Jelly’s character will be introduced on the show or how it will play out ,fans are left wondering . Nor are they saying whether or not it will be a recurring role. Time will tell. One thing for sure is Max is super excited to have the singer join the show.
Fire Country airs on Friday Nights at 10 PM ET on CBS. It streams on Paramount Plus. The show is in its third season.
