According to a statement posted to his Facebook page, Keith passed away Monday night while surrounded by his family.
“He fought his fight with grace and courage,” the message read, alluding to his serious health issues.
Toby is survived by his wife, Tricia, and three children, Shelley, Krystal and Stelen. He was 62.
In June 2022, Keith announced he had been diagnosed with cancer the previous fall and he was having surgery as well as receiving chemo and radiation therapy.
