Overnight Chaos: Mosh Pit Cracks as New Power Lines Form
The overnight plotting inside the Big Brother 28 house has once again proven that an alliance can be formed on Monday and fall apart by Wednesday. With Yash Patel holding the Head of Household and Rick Devens detonating the game with his Diamond Power of Veto, the house has been scrambling to figure out where the real power sits.
The biggest development is the rise of the Mosh Pit alliance, a seven-person group consisting of Dee Valladares, Rick Devens, Angela Murray, Barrett Pfeiffer, Drew Campbell, Melody Morris and Mallory Aurichio. On paper, Mosh Pit looks like the perfect majority alliance. But the overnight conversations revealed some serious cracks—especially from Melody and Mallory, who are beginning to realize they may be sitting at the bottom of the group.
Overnight Chaos
The cracks became impossible to ignore when Mallory and Melody privately discussed their lack of trust in Mosh Pit.
Alliance Members Questions Their Spot
Mallory was especially blunt, admitting, “I was never planning on being loyal to Mosh Pit. Like, I’m going to be honest. Okay, period.” Melody was equally revealing, essentially agreeing that if she ever won HOH, Mosh Pit would not necessarily be safe.
That is a major warning sign for Dee, Devens, Angela, Barrett and Drew because the newer members may be willing to smile in the alliance meetings while secretly preparing to take shots at the people who recruited them.
Meanwhile, the F.A.P. alliance Drew, Barrett, Melody and Mallory is becoming particularly important because all four members are also connected to the larger Mosh Pit structure. That overlapping relationship gives them options, but it also creates a ticking time bomb.
Overnight Chaos Continues With Drew And Barrett Playing Both Sides
Drew and Barrett have already demonstrated that they enjoy playing in the middle, while Melody and Mallory appear increasingly uncomfortable being treated as expendable numbers.
The larger veteran-centred group, sometimes referred to as the Crossovers, includes Dee, Devens, Angela, Barrett, and Drew, meaning Barrett and Drew are at the center of multiple relationships.
On the other side, Yash, Kamu Kirk, Taylor Brown and LaTrice “LaLa” Verrett have been working together as a potential counterforce to the veteran power structure. Yash and Kamu spent significant time trying to keep Kamu safe.
Devens Creates Chaos
But Devens’ Diamond Power of Veto move completely disrupted Yash’s plans. Kamu is now on the block, while the veterans appear determined to regain control of the week.
The social-media reaction has been just as chaotic. Fans have zeroed in on Mallory’s confession about Mosh Pit! The quote is quickly circulating online as evidence that the alliance may be more performance than partnership.
The overnight feeds suggest the house is entering one of its most unstable stretches yet: Mosh Pit has numbers, F.A.P. has options, the veterans have experience! And Yash’s side has plenty of motivation. If these cracks widen before the next HOH, Big Brother 28 could be heading toward another major blindside.
