Survivor Player Joins BB28

Big Brother 28 is just two days away, and the cast is beginning to take shape in a big way.

As of now, 14 houseguests have been officially confirmed, all preparing to spend the summer cut off from the outside world. With a typical cast size of 16, that leaves two remaining spots—and plenty of speculation about who could fill them.

For weeks, rumors have circulated about potential crossover players from both Survivor and past Big Brother seasons. Now, one of those rumors has officially been confirmed: a Survivor veteran is joining the BB28 cast.

That player is none other than Rick Devens.

Devens, a well-known news reporter, made a major impact during his time on Survivor. Competing in Edge of Extinction, he became a fan favorite thanks to his aggressive gameplay, strategic awareness, and ability to win when it mattered most. His mix of charisma and unpredictability helped him make a deep run, and he later returned for another appearance, further cementing his reputation as a dangerous competitor.
