Big Brother 27 Alum Mickey Lee Passes Away at 35.

It’s a sad day in the Big Brother community, as former Big Brother 27 houseguest Mickey Lee has unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, December 25th, at the age of 35.

On December 22, Lee’s family shared that she had suffered multiple cardiac arrests and was in critical but stable condition. She remained in the ICU under close medical care, surrounded by her loved ones.

Her cardiac arrests reportedly followed complications from the flu, leading to a prolonged and uncertain hospital stay. On Christmas Day, the family posted on Instagram asking for privacy as they grieve and process this sudden and heartbreaking loss.

Julie Chen posted on Instagram expressing her condolences. She wrote, “Two months ago, I interviewed Mickey Lee on God 101. That’s when she revealed to me that she was born with a hole in her heart, and as an adult, she survived an ATV accident that should have killed her, but God kept her alive. Last night God brought her home 🕊️ Rest In Peace, dear Mickey. I will see you again on the other side in eternity. I pray the good Lord comforts and heals your family and loved ones as we grieve your passing. Amen 🙏🏼”
