We first met Garrett on Big Brother 10, where he formed a solid alliance with Dan Gheesling called ‘The Renegades’. This alliance is ranked as one of the best in Big Brother history. In his eviction speech from BB All-Stars, he stated, “It is easier to stay loyal to one person than it is 12.”
Robert, on his return appearance on Big Brother 22 ( All-Stars), appeared to a degree to be a bully as he mocked fellow houseguest Ian Terry at nearly every opportunity. At this time, fans were furious with him. He also met Christmas Abbott whom he developed a relationship outside the BB House. There were allegations of cheating from both of their exes at this time. Both denied the allegations, stating, “We were single when we started dating.”
The couple became engaged in June 2021, tying the knot in May 2022.
He ended the marriage on March 1, 2024, officially filing for divorce. The accusations at the time of filing were infidelity and lying. At that time, Christmas filed for a restraining order citing Domestic Violence. She dropped the request in May 2024.
Now it seems Robert has taken up residency in the State of Florida’s Prison System. He is accused of not paying his sales tax bill from November 2022 to October 2024, he owes the state $55,366.77.
This was tax monies he collected from two restaurants, LLC Poke House Lauderdale and No Man’s Land Miami LLC. A warrant was issued by the courts on May 15, 2025, for his arrest. His bond is set at $15,000, which has not been satisfied as of May 17, 2025.
Big Brother is set to air a new season on July 10th, 2025. It will be air on CBS, streaming on Paramount Plus and Pluto TV.
