Destination X set to Premiere in the US
On May 27, 2025, a new reality show is set to hit our airwaves on NBC. The show is a big hit with Belgium’s Reality TV Fan Base. The US is launching its version with Jeffery Dean Morgan as host.

Fans of The Amazing Race may feel that their favorite travel show is being copied. But this is far from the truth. This show has its twists. To start, it makes all of Europe a real-life game board. The contestants become the moving pieces of the game.
The contestants GET TO travel around Europe on a bus with blacked-out windows. They have no clue as to where they are going.
Each episode has contestants disembarking in a European town. They need to know pop culture, history, and geography. They will have to rely on their observation skills to win clues to their present location, winning themselves an all-important advantage.
“The show has already captivated audiences around the world. Now we are bringing a fresh, uniquely NBC twist to it, led by the endlessly charismatic Jeffery Dean Morgan,” said Sharon Vuong, Executive Vice President, Unscripted Programming, NBC.
Vuong talks ultimate high stakes in Destination X.
Vuong continued, “This series is the ultimate high-stakes guessing game. Because it invites viewers to embark on a thrilling journey across Europe’s most iconic landscapes and landmarks.” Because no reality show is worth its weight in gold without a twist or trick.
Host Jeffery Morgan introduces mind games, gives pivotal ultimatums. He, also, introduces two reality alum known to some fans JaNa Craig ( Love Island) and Peter Weber ( The Bachelor & The Traitors), who change the trajectory of the game.
At the end of each episode, designated contestants must enter the Map Room and place an X on the map where they think they are. The contestant farthest away from their present town or city is sent packing. The final player will find Morgan at the ultimate destination and win $250,000
