USA Network introduces The Anonymous recap

Anonymous is a new reality show on the USA Network. It is a blend of The Traitors and The Circle. This show is produced by the same producers as these two shows. The Traitor portion has the contestants completing challenges to add money to the prize pot.

In the hideout the game takes on The Circle. Here the contestants pick their handle, chatting through their handle with a voice activated social media platform. No one knows who is throwing shade at another contestant.

The first challenge involves memorizing and placing the contestants’ handles in the order in which DANI shows them. Each contestant has to get the order right for the number they chose to get right.

The person who got the most right won safety.

All the contestants who got their order right added $250 to the pot. Robbi completes her number right, winning her safety.  The others after her failed to complete their order right; meaning they added no money to the pot.

Next step is to go into their private hideouts. Here they throw shade at others, while trying to keep their handle a secret. After a short group conversation each votes for someone to be up for elimination.

It only takes one vote to have your name on the chopping block for elimination. Sydney, Lilly, Andy, Jack, Marcel and Dillan received votes. Next up is The Test part of the game. Here the contestants decided who had what handle.

USA Network Becomes Anonymous

Whoever has the least votes on their handle becomes Anonymous. As Anonymous, this person and only this person decides who gets eliminated from those who received votes in the hideouts. Jack was Anonymous voting out Sydney.

The next challenge involved throwing balls through holes in a cone shaped object that moved in a circle. Some of the holes had the contestants’ names on them. If a ball went through their hole they became blocked from earning safety.

Although 3 contestants got more balls in than Xavier did; they all became  blocked. Xavier wins safety. Each ball that went in a hole earned the pot $50 dollars. After two competitions the pot sat at $32,100.

The second trip to the hideouts has Marcel, Robbi, Lilly, Andy and Kaci receiving votes. This makes them vulnerable for elimination. Once again after the Test Jack was made Anonymous. He eliminated Kaci.

The following day there was no challenge. There is a trip to the hideouts, where Marcel, Lilly, Tyrenna, Andy and Christopher received votes. This once again put them up for elimination.

Dani introduces ‘The Face Off’ portion of the game. Here the players up for elimination pick a box. One box held Safety, the other 4 boxes stated At Risk. The object is to convince the players you had Safety when you had At Risk, or Safety instead of At Risk.

Marcel won safety. Leaving the others at risk of elimination. Their only chance was to become Anonymous. All the contestants take The Test. At the end of the episode Xavier and Tyrenna were the only two left. One of these is Anonymous.

The Anonymous airs on USA Network Monday 11 PM ET . Who will be Anonymous? Who will be eliminated?
