CBS ensues action against the author.
This year marks the 25th year that Big Brother US has graced our television screens. What better way to celebrate 25 years than a tell-all book.

Well it seems like Brody Stuart-Verner thought it was a good idea. CBS maybe not so much.
Fans are setting timers to record the show, subscribing to streaming services to watch the feeds, taking vacation time from work and making sure they get alerts on all social media platforms when things get spicy.
People tune in to the feeds regularly. Big Brother fans want to be the first to know about showmances, bromances, alliances, blindsides, fights, backstabs and of course the drama. With season 26 set to premiere in 5 days there is no need to wait for the drama! CBS is bringing it to us now.
Stuart-Verner states in an Instagram post ‘unprecedented access including interviews with over 100 producers and contestants; a rare glimpse into the evolution of a pioneering social experiment that has captured viewers for 25 years.’
CBS takes aim at 2 serious claims
Two of the more serious claims in the book are ‘guaranteed outcomes’ and claims the show intentionally casts “racists”. CBS is not sitting idly by. They had lawyers send a letter to the author stating “CBS is exploring its legal and other options due to your book bringing rife with inaccurate statements and unsubstantiated claims.”
Brody also claims that CBS categorically avoids casting transgender applicants. In another Instagram post Stuart-Verner claims an exclusive interview with the host Julie Chen Moonves. The author stated in an interview with ‘IN TOUCH’ “I stand by my reporting.”
Well grab your favorite snack folks I don’t think we have heard the last from either of these parties.
