In the Salt Lake City finale, Heather Gay pieced together that Monica had been involved with the Instagram account, called Reality Von Tease. The episode revealed that Gay had conversations with her longtime hairdresser, Tenesha, a friend of Garcia’s, who “had a crisis of conscience and came clean” according to Heather. She was sent screenshots, text messages, audio recordings, videos, and DMs that allegedly showed Garcia’s involvement with the account. Throughout social media, this finale was being pegged as the best reality TV finale ever! There were parodies, reposts, and fan reactions. Monica recently told a news outlet the night of the dinner she was thrown out and put on a 2:00 am flight.
Monica’s main storyline was the toxic relationship with her mother. Fans seemed in shock over the way her mother treated her, and vice versa. No matter the intense drama between the two, it was extremely entertaining. The rookie seemed to be gaining notoriety within the franchise faster than a rocket ship. Â
