Celebrity News: Axl Rose, Guns “N Roses, Facing Civil Court Date By BB Alumni
Axl Rose, Guns ‘N Roses lead singer, is being sued by Sheila Kennedy, Big Brother 9 alumni and Penthouse Pet of The Year (1983) and model. The accusation stems from a 1989 party.

Sheila states in court documents that she met Axl Rose at a nightclub in NYC. She states she was invited back to his hotel room to party. This is where the alleged sexual assault took place.
The party included the use of drugs and alcohol, according to Sheila’s statement. At first Sheila said she was fine with Axl’s flirting and moves. She continues in her statement that was up to the point he cleared the room leaving herself, another model and a friend of his in the room.

she watched Axl Rose engage in aggressive sex with the other model
. This made her feel uncomfortable, making her flee the room. Unfortunately Axl found her in the other room dragging her back to his bedroom.
Axl Rose became aggressive with her forcing her to the floor, tying her hands with her panty hose. He proceeded to sexually assault her.
Sheila says the encounter left her feeling traumatized. This is not the first time Sheila publicly stated what he did to her. Axl’s lawyer issued a statement saying
“Kennedy’s claims are fictional. Simple put, this incident never happened.”
It should be noted that he has not been criminally charged for this alleged assault.
