This weekm in Big Brother, Cameron was able to win the Power of Veto. Since he’s on the block it’s only natural that he uses the power to save himself.
Jared is in hot water for calling America the R-word. This wasn’t caught directly on the live feeds however he did talk to Cory about the situation and let him know that he felt bad about the situation. Big Brother Twitter is upset that there have not been any consequences for his actions.
For some reason, Jared wanted to target America. America became aware of this place when she walked into her room while Cirie and Felicia were counting votes against her.
She decided to go to the HoH room to talk to Jared about it. Jared tried to tell her that she is too close to Cameron and that he is worried that she will work with Cameron next week. America said that that made no sense because she is not close to him at all and they never talk any game. She stated that Cameron is close to Red and Bowie. Jared tried to stand firm but even Blue had to let him know that she was making sense. America left the conversation and went downstairs upset.
Jared had a brief check-in with Cirie. She asked him what happened with America because she is downstairs crying hysterically. He let her know that America came upstairs upset because she overheard them counting the votes to take her out. Cirie lets him know that that isn’t what happened. Cirie stated that America came into the room and Felicia asked her, “How do you feel about going up on the block?”. America must have taken that statement literally. Felicia meant to ask her how would she feel if she were a pawn and she must have taken that the wrong way.
Seeing that America was upset Jared, Cory, Izzy, and America have a meeting in the HoH room.
Jared lets America know that she should be safe this week since Matt volunteered last night to be on the block so that can be an option. For now, it seems like America could be safe. And Bowie could be the replacement nominee.
Matt had a talk with Jared in the HoH room where they agreed that it doesn’t make sense to put America up as a replacement nominee. She’s not going to come for their side. She’s more likely to target Cameron and Bowie than to target two people from their side. They agree that Red will more than likely come after them. Especially since Cameron is still in the house. Jared says that he feels bad about sending Red out During his birthday week.
Matt says At the end of the day It’s still a game And people cannot receive protection just because their birthday is that week. Blue Lets them know that last year contestant tried to use her birthday to stay safe for an entire month. Blue lets them know that every time there was a nomination, she said. You can’t nominate me because it’s my birthday week, or you can’t nominate me because it’s my birthday month. Jared says if that’s the case, then his birthday is next week. Matt says, “Well shoot next week is my birthday, too.” They end their conversation when they see the others gathering for dinner and having prayer. Everyone goes downstairs to eat.
In the backyard, there was a bunch of eating and small talk. Nothing major. The veto ceremony isn’t until Monday. Things could always change! As always expect the unexpected!!!
