After yet another Unanimous vote to evict the Big Brother house target; Hisam, houseguests were in for a long night with an old favorite the Pressure Cooker.
They were introduced to the competition by Kaysar up on the screen in the living room he let them know about his time in the pressure cooker, how this was going to be even better, how long it lasted, and wished them luck.
We saw the houseguest enter and start the Pressure cooker at 6:58 PM PST on the live show then about 15 after 7 it was on live feeds. The rules of the pressure cooker: You are in a dark box, you must hold your button down, no sitting or kneeling but Squatting is okay. Every time someone gets out they will open an envelope in numerical order and that will release something that could be good or bad. You must wait till 3 people are out before exiting through the door back into the house where Felicia was kept watching the feed on the living room TV. Oh and one more thing NO bathroom breaks.
The first hour wasn’t so bad; they had some AC blowing on them, and a few of them were trying to spook the others by asking about sounds that weren’t there. The first 2 hgs out were back-to-back between Cirie and Jared. Cirie’s envelope uncovered a large round container of live Snakes, Jared’s was a bucket of beer.
It was then a long few hours with lights going on and off till the next Houseguest let go and that was Izzy, she unleashed strobe lights and metal music.
It took several more hours and finally, 2 more Dropped Bowie who won an actual Pressure cooker and then Matt who released the Flies.
Fortunately for the Houseguest, they seemed lifeless so it wasn’t a big punishment. A little while later Red slipped and he won a home theater with a year free of Paramount+. Just after 7 am just past the 12-hour mark, Corey slipped he has the privilege to name 2 additional houseguests to be on PB&J for the week with him. About 30 minutes later Jag slips off his button while dozing, releasing a perfume spray in the box.
Cameron asks if they are going the distance and says he could go for literal days. America says she has a few more hours in her. Inside the house Corey mentions he is a have not but they can have PB&J and he picks 2 others to join him later.
13.5 hours in and the remaining competitors were Cameron, Mecole, and America.
After having been released for a bit of time the flies start moving around and appear to be thawing out and flying around. Meme gets distracted with one landing on her and got a little squirmy and slips the button. But as there are only 3 left she has to sit and wait till they are done and we have a winner. She won a dinner for herself and 3 houseguests of her choice. Just shy of the 14-hour record America slips off her button and Cameron is the winner. It’s speculated that Cameron and America made a deal.
For this writer, it was great to see this competition back and I hope to see more of these in the future.
